Decisions in Rental Housing Cases 
 
Welcome to the Office of the tenant Advocate’s Rental Housing Decisions Database.  This database is an archive of rental housing decisions by the Rental Housing Commission and the Office of Administrative Hearings, and is an archive of abstracts of Court of Appeals decisions in appeals from Rental Housing Commission decisions.  This database is a work in progress.  Eventually the database will include all decisions by the Rental Housing Commission and the Office of Administrative Hearings, and abstracts of Court of Appeals decisions in all rental housing cases.
