On Monday, April 23, 2012, the US Supreme Court denied certiorari in a case challenging the Constitutionality of rent control.

 

On Monday, April 23, 2012, the US Supreme Court denied certiorari in a case challenging the Constitutionality of rent control. This means that the Court denied a request to consider upsetting nearly 100 year-old precedent upholding the Constitutionality of rent control.
