(Washington, DC) - Jubilee Housing is pleased to announce that we will be opening the application process for the newly renovated Ritz building located at 1631 Euclid Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20009. A limited amount of applications will be handed out at their office on May 20, 2009, starting at 9 am. The office is located at 1640 Columbia Road, NW. Applications will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. This property follows the Low Income Housing Tax Credit income guidelines.
