Earlier this month, President Obama released his FY 2017 budget which invests heavily in ending homelessness. $88 million would be set aside for housing vouchers, permanent housing, and rapid rehousing assistance. Additionally, $11 billion would be requested over a 10-year period. The Administration’s request still has to be approved by Congress.
