The OTA’s Annual Summit serves as a forum to bring together tenants and tenant associations with city officials and community leaders to discuss issues confronting District renters. We are very excited to have among this year’s speakers and panelists: Mayor Vincent C. Gray and other executive officials; Councilmembers Michael A. Brown, Mary Cheh, Muriel Bowser, and Harry Thomas; ACLU civil rights champion Johnny Barnes; Alice Rivlin and Benjamin Orr of the Brookings Institution; and many other important tenant leaders and affordable housing advocates.
