(Washington, DC) - The Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development’s Training Institute will host a seminar called “Construction Project Management: Value Engineering and Negotiating Construction Contracts”. Taught by Bob Santucci of Urban Renovation Consultants, these two one-day sessions will help participants become more efficient project managers and improve the negotiating skills used in real estate development.
