An updated OTA legislative tracking chart for D.C. Council Period 22 (January 2017 through December 2018) is now available. The chart contains information for bills and resolutions introduced at the Council that pertain to rental housing and tenant rights. Information for each bill or resolution includes the “short title”; the bill or resolution number; the date of introduction; the committee to which it was referred; a brief summary of the legislation; the date of any hearing, vote, or other action taken; and a link to the full text of the legislation as introduced.
